UniPage lets you make a page about yourself and publish it at an address under unipage.me. This page says what we collect when you do, what we use it for, who else handles it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

  • What you put on your page. Your name, the place you say you are based, your text, links, facts, dates and photos.
  • Your email address, if you sign in with an emailed code. We use it to sign you in and to reach you about your page.
  • Your Google account's name, email address and picture, if you sign in with Google. We ask Google for nothing else and cannot see your password.
  • An account without your details. When you start making a page we create an account for you that holds no name or email, so your work is saved before you sign in. Signing in later attaches your email to that same account.
  • The country you appear to be visiting from, worked out from your internet address when you start a page. It is used once, to fill in where you are based, which you can change or remove. We do not keep your internet address for this.
  • Visit statistics. We count visits to the site, and for each published page the day of a visit, the site the visitor came from, their country, whether they were on a phone, and which links on the page were tapped, so the page's owner can see how it is doing. These counts use no cookies and keep no internet address or anything else that identifies a visitor.
  • Technical records. The services that run the site keep short-lived logs of requests, including internet addresses, to keep it working and secure.

What stays in your browser

The page you are editing is also kept in your browser, so it opens quickly and survives a lost connection, along with the fact that you are signed in. Signing out removes the page from that browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What is public

  • A published page is public. Anyone with its address can see everything on it, and search engines may list it. Changes you make stay private until you publish again.
  • Photos are stored at addresses that are not listed anywhere, but anyone who has a photo's address can open it, whether or not the page is published.
  • Your email address is never shown on your page unless you type it there yourself.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. These companies process it on our behalf so the service can run:

  • Supabase stores accounts, pages and photos, on servers in the United States, and handles signing in.
  • Vercel serves the site and counts visits.
  • Resend delivers the email that carries your sign-in code.
  • Anthropic, only when you use the AI assistant: what you ask, your page and any photos you attach or ask it to look at are sent to its Claude models to make the change, and are not used to train them.
  • Google, only if you choose to sign in with it.

If your page shows a video or music from another service, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify or SoundCloud, that service is contacted by your visitors' browsers when they open the page and may collect information of its own.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, pages and photos until you delete them. A photo you remove from your page may stay in storage for a time afterwards. Pages started without signing in, and not touched for a long while, may be deleted.

Your choices

  • Change or remove anything on your page in the editor, then publish again.
  • Delete a page, or your whole account, from your dashboard. Deleting the account removes your pages, their photos and their visit numbers at once.
  • Get a copy of what we hold about you, or have us delete it for you, by writing to unipage.me@gmail.com from the email address on the account.
  • Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your information, such as objecting to how it is used or complaining to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will help.

Age

UniPage is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

When this page changes we will change the date at the top. If a change matters to how your information is used, we will tell you by email where we have one.
